Services — Dedicated freight

Dedicated freight solutions.

Reserved capacity, held rates and the same carriers running your lane every week — so planning stops being a weekly negotiation.

What it is

Capacity you can plan around.

Dedicated freight means the truck is spoken for before you need it. We commit carriers to your lane on a fixed schedule, hold the rate for the contract period, and keep the same drivers running it wherever we can.

It suits shippers moving predictable volume: weekly replenishment, plant-to-DC runs, retail programmes with strict delivery windows.

Questions

Before you ask.

If your question is not here, dispatch will answer it in a sentence rather than a brochure.

What volume do I need for a dedicated lane?

Most dedicated programmes start at two loads a week on a repeatable route. Below that, contract rates rarely beat what we can hold for you on the spot market — and we will tell you so.

How long is the commitment?

Typically 30, 90 or 180 days. Shorter terms are possible on seasonal programmes; the rate reflects the term.

What happens if a truck falls through?

We cover it from the wider carrier network at our cost within the agreed rate, and you get a call before the pickup window is at risk — not after.

Can you handle multi-stop routes?

Yes. Multi-stop, drop trailer and live load programmes are all part of standard dedicated service, priced by stop count and dwell.
